Instructions how to fill the regstration form

Scout or guide groups from abroad have to nominate one group leader who collects all the registration of the group. All the participants fill the registration form. The group leader sends all the registration forms to the project manager (see below). You can print the registration form or fill it out in the internet. The group leader is the key person who gets all the information.

We also require a confirmation of national scout or guide organization. This confirmation is required for the safety. You send this confirmation to the project manager Heidi Kokko: heidi.kokko@partio.fi or

Registration is complete when the camp fees have been paid. In case you have to cancel your registration, please inform it as soon as possible to Pääkaupunkiseudun Partiolaiset ry office. If the cancellation is after the registration time then the fee is not returned.  The person who is not able to participate is allowed to find someone else for his or her place. They should agree on the fee together.
