Saraste in meant for scouts all ages. In the camp we obey the Finnish scout age program. All campers are required participate into their own age group’s program, which consists of programs (campers aged 12-17) and programs and service tasks (campers aged 18-).

The camp is located in Evo (Rahtijärventie 112), in Hämeenlinna. Camp area has been build together with Metsähallitus, Finnish scouts and Hämeenlinna university of applied sciences. This camp area has permanent water, electricity, and telecommunication network.

Pre building camp: Friday 20.7 – Sunday 22.7.2012 (before Roverway)
Building camp: Saturday 28.7 – Monday 30.7.2012

Helsinki day: Sunday 29.7 (Helsinki Day is a city adventure for all the foreigners participating Saraste Camp or Huima Camp)

Camp: Monday 30.7 – Tuesday 7.8.2012
Visiting day: Sunday 5.8.2012
Demolition camp: Tuesday 7.8 – Friday 10.8.2012

For building and demolition camps, everyone who is over 15 years old can join. The camps are free, but you do not get paid either.

If you are participating Roverway and planning to spend these days between Roverway and Saraste somewhere else, you will still get the transportation.
